1.1. By booking an office or meeting space online with Talentarena, you agree to the prices and payment methods provided. Payments must be made in advance using the payment options offered on our website.
1.2. When making a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information. Talentarena is not responsible for any problems or delays due to incorrect information provided during the booking process.
1.3. Any discounts, offers or promotions are valid only during the specified period and subject to specific terms and conditions.
2. Cancellations and Modifications
2.1. Cancellations of bookings must be reported to Talentarena in a timely manner. The cancellation policy depends on the type of booking and is stated during the booking process.
2.2. In case of cancellations within the applicable deadline, Talentarena will refund the amount due, minus any administration fee.
2.3. Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Use of Spaces
3.1. The rented office and meeting rooms must be used for the stated purpose and within the allotted period.
3.2. Tenants are responsible for keeping the rented rooms clean and tidy and complying with Talentarena’s applicable house rules.
3.3. Tenants are not permitted to use the spaces for illegal, unethical or nuisance causing activities.
4. Liability
4.1. Talentarena shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or inconvenience arising from the use of our services or facilities.
4.2. Renters are responsible for their property and personal belongings left in the rented premises.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All intellectual property rights relating to the content and materials on our website are owned by Talentarena or are licensed to Talentarena. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any of this content without written permission from Talentarena.
6. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
6.1. Talentarena reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on this page.
7. Applicable Law
7.1. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Belgium. In case of disputes or legal proceedings related to our services, the competent court in Belgium shall apply.
